Everdale Farms

As an organic farmer, it is their job to make sure all food that is grown is in the best condition it can be. I never realized how much of an impact locally grown food has on consumers; the food is usually pesticide free, and never includes preservatives. Often times eating locally will mean the food is more rich in flavor and the food is picked at the peak of its ripeness because of the care the farmers take in their food. Eating locally also means you are going to be the food that is in season, meaning you will be getting the food, which is in the best season. Locally grown food can also mean there are more nutrients in the fruits and vegetables compared to food that has been grown in other countries or provinces which have a longer picking time. Locally grown food is also very environmentally friendly because it contributes to the soil and to the grass on the farm.

This blog follows a young mother of two and her experiments in the kitchen, which will usually involve healthy and clean ingredients in the recipes.

This blog is all about eating green and vegetarian and putting only the best food in your body.

Much like the other blog posted above, this blog likes to follow a clean and healthy outlook on cooking involving simple recipes.
