The Impact of Media

Trying to imagine a world without media seems almost impossible in today’s society. Many people don't realize how much of an impact it makes in the world. Media can be described as the means of communication representing thoughts and ideas portrayed through mediums such as newspapers, television, and advertisements. I personally didn't realize just how much of an effect media has on society until I deactivated all of my social media accounts last year. Once I isolated myself from the social media world I realized just how much influence it has in society.
